Temporary Protected Status for Haitian Immigrants
In case you hadn't noticed, Pres. Obama granted undocumented Haitian immigrants Temporary Protected Status. That means they can receive work permits. Of course they are already working. Haitian migrants here and in France sending remittances to families and friends provide Haiti with 25% of its gross domestic product (GDP).
